Are You Lost? — Banter Republic
I have gained a bit of weight during Covid it is frankly hard not too. I ride a recumbent bike inside and walk. It is keeping my muscle tone which I kept by going to the gym I miss so much. However I am not taking chances over a few pounds. I would say we all should cut ourselves a little slack with the virus. Sending hugs and throwing out the worry over a few pounds.
