Exercise after age 40+

As a Forty Plusser I really enjoy some exercise. I am not the athlete of the year, but exercise is good for clearing my mind!    Actually, exercise rejuvenate my mind, body and soul!

Do you like to excersise?  Perhaps some of us are born to enjoy exercise, while others…maybe…not so much!

Happy exercising all fellow bloggers!

  2. This made me smile. So so true. When you are young if you fall over people laugh at you. When you get past 40 if you fall over people rush over to see if you are alright.

  4. I just turned 55 and in the best shape of my life! I don’t ask myself if I “like” something or not. I ask if doing a certain movement will will help me stay pain free for the future(cause I know I don’t like pain!). People go to physical therapy to achieve something. They don’t tell the doctor “I just don’t “like” that, I’ll just stay in pain”! Thanks for sharing! The Trainer (RN)* Personal Trainer, “One On One Only”
