    the Church, way back in the
    middle ages.

  3. I agree completely. My man and I have never felt the need to walk down any aisles or exchange any rings (… Ok, so I may have a ring out of the deal…) but, we’ve been together over 10 years now… That’s committed enough for me! It’s just as hard/easy to get out of a long term relationship as a marriage these days!
